Estimates and Payment

Any price estimate or quotation is based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be revised after inspection of the garment and requested changes. Where a project is accepted, payment terms may include a deposit and the balance according to the agreed arrangement, using the payment methods we make available.

We may require approval before carrying out additional work beyond the agreed scope. Completion timing depends on the garment, the number of fittings, material availability, and workshop capacity, and no completion date is guaranteed unless it has been confirmed in writing after assessment.
